Synopsis

Twelve-year-old schoolboy Dylan has recently lost his mother and lives with his grieving father Sam in a town in rural Australia. He discovers his talents in making paper planes and becomes invited to represent Australia in the World Paper Plane Championship in Japan.

Jason, the other Australian representative who also competes in the championship, bullies Dylan. Luckily Kimi, a girl from Japan, becomes friend with Dylan, and inspires him to use his senses, and get inspired by nature.

The final day of competition in Tokyo is approaching fast. What will Dylan do?
